What a way to end an amazing 2017 – with these two cool cats and their WEST Brewery wedding. I’d met Fiona & Ally at the Braw Brides Wedding Workshop at West (next one is April ’18!) and they had chatted about doing a first look – both liked the idea of seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day in a more private setting. On the day itself it was pretty rainy and windy, so thank you to the Dakota staff for booking us the champagne bar so Fiona & Ally’s first look plans could still go ahead! Photographing a first look is awfy special, so thank you Fiona & Ally for allowing us the honour :)
After that it was down to Glasgow Green for their beaut WEST Brewery wedding – 1,000 cranes, Ally’s Dad doing a beautiful reading, their friends singing and playing the guitar during their signing of the register, bloomin’ emotional speeches (not a dry eye in the house man!) before one of the funniest/epic dance floors we’ve had the pleasure to photograph :D
Fiona & Ally – it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you both, and the icing on the cake getting to create a short film for you alongside your wedding photography – here’s to a lifetime of ALL the hugs and love for you and yours :)
