Geezo man, these guys personify effortless cool! Maeve + Ruairidh’s original plan for this colourful Glasgow Art Club wedding, had to be postponed due to… yes you guessed it….COVID! Instead they opted for a wee ceremony with their immediate family last year, which we were lucky enough to be part of too (we also photographed their joint proposal to each other, which you can see here + on Braw Brides here).
In the run up to their big wedding they told guests to think ‘Mexicana-Catholic Kitsch-Met Gala 2018’ for their outfits…Everyone really went for it, and the result was just brilliant. I mean, LOOK AT MAEVE + ROO FOR A START MAN, LOOK AT THEM!!
Aside from this colourful Glasgow Art Club wedding being an absolute explosion of amazingness, and a joyous assault on the eyes and senses – this pair are two of the nicest folk you could hope to meet. And that’s what’s really important in the end isn’t it- two good eggs, who pure love each other and want to celebrate that in a way that totally suits them. Absolutely brilliant.
